Open Day - BMX Learn to Ride
Session Length: 60 minutes
Age: 7+ years
Minimum Height: 127cm / 4ft 2ins
Equipment Hire: Gloves £3
If you've never experienced BMX then this session is for you.Learn basic skills including the ready position and bike handling techniques to help you gain confidence and prepare you for our other BMX sessions. Starting in our skills section, riders will get the chance to progress on to the BMX track as skills develop.
Essential Information
- Bike and helmet hire is included
- Gloves must be worn and are available to hire
- Arms and legs must be fully covered
- Confident riders may get the chance to complete the experience by executing laps of the track
- You must arrive and report to Lee Valley VeloPark reception at least 30 minutes before your session is due to start. Late arrivals will not be able to ride and will not receive a refund
- During the winter months sessions maybe delayed or cancelled depending on weather / track conditions. Cancellation of the session could be on the day
