Turbo boost your family time as you and your loved ones take on the rapids of our Legacy Loop. Share the laughs as you’re challenged and guided down the course.
The experience will last for 90 minutes this includes a safety brief and kit distribution with up to one hour on the water including an activity assessment. Once you’ve been fully kitted out with wetsuits and wetboots, you’ll be introduced to your raft guide who’ll help you navigate your way down the Legacy Loop.

First things first, they’ll talk you through the basic skills and safety elements of rafting whilst on the lake then move on to completing our activity assessment. You’ll then be ready to hit the rapids! Paddles up!

Essential Information

• Our family rafts hold a maximum of five people per raft, with a maximum two adults and three children (recommended under 14 years old)
• Check in for your activity at reception promptly! The time will be shown on your booking confirmation. There’s no need to arrive before this time, however please do not be late as late arrivals may not be able to take part in the activity and will not be refunded
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable against this activity

Age & Weight Restrictions

• All participants must be aged 8+ and individually weigh under 18 stone
• All participants must complete our watersports waiver, you'll receive by email with your booking confirmation
• Participants aged under 16 must have a responsible adult (over the age of 21 unless legal parent/guardian) who remains on site at Lee Valley White Water Centre for the duration of their activity with one responsible adult to every four children (max)
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times throughout their visit

Nothing beats this exhilarating activity, which is pure white water fun! Jump into action as you navigate your way down the rapids with your flippers on and holding on to your board!

Hot Dogs with a difference! These inflatable two person kayaks are a great way to tackle the rapids as a duo. You’ll feel every wave of the rapids as you plunge into the drops of our Legacy Loop and paddle your way down the course.

The ultimate white water rafting bucket list experience. This is ideal for anyone looking for an extreme white water fun and adventure! Splash down from the big drops, surf the curling waves and then catch your breath at the bottom before you do it all again. This is an out ‘n’ out adrenalin fuelled ride, not for the faint hearted.

• Each raft takes up to a maximum of nine participants, please note we'll always try our best to keep individuals together (but this can’t be guaranteed unless you book a whole raft)

• We may need to reschedule bookings that do not meet our minimum requirement of participants – you’ll be contacted in advance if your booking is affected
